Zelfgemaakte rode vruchten confituur

Deze zelfgemaakte rode vruchten confituur is heerlijk, gezond vol met antioxidanten!!!


Bereidingstijd: 5-10 minuten + 30 minuten in de koelkast


2 eetlepels chaizaden

200 gram diepvries rode vruchten


  1. Zet de kom met de rode vruchten in de microgolfoven voor 4 minuten.

  2. Plet de rode vruchten en voeg de chiazaden toe. Meng goed.

  3. Zet in de koelkast voor minstens 30 minuten.
