Watermelon Pizza


Watermelon pizza is the perfect healthy and refreshing snack for hot sunny days.

Watermelon Pizza


Servings: 4-8 pizza slices per pizza

Preparation time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


1 watermelon

toppings of your choice


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Cut the watermelon into slices of 2 cm thick.

  2. Top the pizza with toppings of your choice. I topped mine with slices of kiwi, strawberry and banana, and some grated coconut for the final touch.

  3. Cut each pizza into 4-8 slices and enjoy!


NOTES:


  • Topping ideas: fresh or dried fruits, grated coconut, cacao nibs, nuts or seeds, (plant-based) yoghurt or cream, ...
