Watermelon pizza is the perfect healthy and refreshing snack for hot sunny days.

Cut the watermelon into slices of 2 cm thick.
Top the pizza with toppings of your choice. I topped mine with slices of kiwi, strawberry and banana, and some grated coconut for the final touch.
Cut each pizza into 4-8 slices and enjoy!
