Warm Detox Breakfast: Porridge with Healthy Toppings

Oatmeal is very nutritious, making it the perfect warm detox breakfast! It lowers cholesterol, stabilizes blood sugar and contains important vitamins and minerals.


Servings: 1 person

Preparation time: 5 minutes


50 grams of oatmeal

200 ml plant-based milk, unsweetened

1 tablespoon of flaxseed or chia seeds

Toppings of your choice: fresh fruit, nuts or seeds, nut butter, coconut grater, cocoa nibs, almond flakes, agave syrup ...


  1. Put the oatmeal and flaxseed / chia seeds in a bowl and mix together. You can also add banana slices, pieces of apple or cinnamon.

  2. Then pour the milk over it.

  3. Place the bowl in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix together and add toppings of your choice.
