Veggie spread

Enjoy this veggie spread as a salad, a spread on a sandwich or with crackers and veggies!

VEGGIE SPREAD


Preparation time: 15 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


1 carrot, grated

1 celery rib, finely chopped

1/2 red paprika, finely chopped

1 pickle, finely chopped

240 grams of chickpeas

200 grams of lentils

1/2 lemon, juiced

1/2 teaspoon of mustard

3 tablespoons of tahini

3 tablespoons of dill

2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds

salt

pepper


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Add the chickpeas to a large bowl and mash with a fork.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix, mashing slightly.

  3. If possible, chill before serving, to enhance the flavors.
