Valentine Coconut Cookies

Treat your Valentine with these delicious and super cute Valentine coconut cookies.
Valentine Coconut Cookies
Servings: 56 small heart cookies (depending on the size of the molds)
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes + 12-15 minutes in the oven
INGREDIENTS:
100 grams of grated coconut
100 grams of cane sugar
270 grams of flour
10 tablespoons of almond milk
60 grams of coconut oil
beetroot juice as a natural food coloring
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Add the flour and coconut oil in a bowl and mix into fine breadcrumbs with your hands.
Then add the sugar, grated coconut, milk and food coloring and mix into a soft dough.
Roll out the dough to 0.5 cm thick with a rolling pin and press out hearts using a cookie cutter.
Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking tray and place in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
NOTES:
Can be stored in an air-tight container for 3 days.
