Turmeric latte

Turmeric has a lot of health benefits. For example, it has an anti-inflammatory effect, helps against depression and is high in antioxidants. It's the perfect healthy ingredient to add to your morning coffees.

Turmeric latte

Servings: 1 turmeric latte

Preparation time: 2 minutes


1/2 cup of coffee

1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened

1 teaspoon of agave syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon of turmeric

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ginger


Combine all ingredients in a mug and stir well with a spoon.
