This tomato hummus is tasty, healthy and rich in vitamins. It is a delicious dip or spread.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
400 grams of chickpeas, drained and rinsed with water
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 lemon, juice
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of tahini
6 tablespoons of olive oil or water
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Place all ingredients in the food processor and mix until smooth.
Can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
