Spread with chickpeas and pickles

This spread with chickpeas and pickles is super easy to make, has a delicious flavor and is packed with proteins, vitamins and minerals.
SPREAD WITH CHICKPEAS AND PICKLES
Preparation time: 5 minutes
400 grams of chickpeas, drained and rinsed with water 10 pickles (or 20 small pickles), in small cubes 1 tablespoon of garlic powder pepper salt optional: sambal
Place the chickpeas in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
Add the pickle cubes and mix well.
Then add the garlic powder and salt and pepper as desired and mix well again. You can also add a bit of sambal to give it a spicy touch!
Can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
