This smoothie with watermelon and pineapple is the perfect smoothie for hot summer days!

Smoothie with Watermelon and Pineapple


Servings: 2 smoothies

Preparation time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


1/2 watermelon, in cubes

1 pineapple, in cubes

handful of mint leaves


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Add all ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth.

  2. Serve with some ice cubes.


NOTES:


  • Topping ideas: fresh or dried fruits, grated coconut, cacao nibs, nuts or seeds, ...
