This plum and banana smoothie is healthy, quick to prepare and delicious too!

Smoothie with plums and banana


Servings: 1 smoothie

Preparation time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


4 small plums

1 banana

2 tablespoons of oatmeal

150 ml (plant-based) milk


INSTRUCTIONS:


Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.
