Smoothie with pineapple, apple, cucumber and basil

Basil in a smoothie? The spicy flavor goes well with the fresh fruit.
SMOOTHIE WITH PINEAPPLE, APPLE, CUCUMBER AND BASIL
Servings: 2-3 smoothies Preparation time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 pineapple
1 apple
1 cucumber
handful of fresh basil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth. Add extra water to make the smoothie a bit thinner.
NOTES:
Topping ideas: fresh fruit, seeds or nuts, grated coconut, cocoa nibs, ...
