Smoothie bowl with beetroot, apple, ginger and lemon

A smoothie with fruit always tastes good, but don't be afraid to add vegetables. This beetroot, apple, lemon and ginger smoothie is refreshing as part of your breakfast or as an afternoon snack.

SMOOTHIE BOWL WITH BEETROOT, APPLE, GINGER AND LEMON

Servings: 2 large smoothies Preparation time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


150 grams of beetroot 2 sweet apples 1/2 lemon, juice 1 cm of ginger 250 ml apple juice


INSTRUCTIONS:


Put all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth. If not thin enough, you can add some water.


NOTES:


  • Nice topping ideas: fresh or dried fruit, cocoa nibs, grated coconut, nuts or seeds, ...
