Potato tortilla - Spanish omelette

The 'tortilla de patatas' is probably one of the most famous Spanish dishes. Serve the tortilla hot or cold, as a meal or snack.
Potato tortilla - Spanish omelette
Servings: 1 spanish omelette Preparation time: 40-50 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
3 potatoes, pre-cooked and in cubes 1/2 bell pepper, in cubes 3 mushrooms, in slices 2 cloves of garlic, pressed 1 spring onion, finely chopped 4 eggs 60 grams of feta cheese, crumbled vegetable oil chili flakes pepper salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add some oil to a pan and heat over medium heat. Add the pre-cooked potato cubes, cover the pan and bake for 5 minutes.
Add the onion, mix everything briefly, cover the pan again and continue baking for 5 minutes.
Then add the bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic and chili flakes, stir everything, cover the pan again and continue baking for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the eggs and feta cheese in a bowl with some salt and pepper. Afterwards, pour the mixture evenly over the potato mixture in the pan. Cover the pan again and continue baking for 10-15 minutes.
Then put another pan over the pan and turn it over. Put it on the stove, cover the pan again and continue baking for 10-15 minutes.
NOTES:
You can also add other ingredients, such as other vegetables or chicken cubes, ...
Garnish with a salad if desired.
