This pink smoothie is nice and creamy. A good way to start your day or as a healthy snack in the afternoon!

Pink smoothie with strawberries and banana


Servings: 1 smoothie

Preparation time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


6 strawberries

1 banana

100 ml (plant-based) yoghurt

2 e-tablespoons of oats


INSTRUCTIONS:


Add all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.


NOTES:


  • Topping ideas: fresh or dried fruits, grated coconut, cacao nibs, nuts or seeds, ...
