Pineapple filled with fruit

This pineapple filled with fruit is tasty and healthy, for breakfast or as an afternoon snack!
Pineapple filled with fruit
Servings: 1 filled pineapple
Preparation time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pineapple
1 kiwi, in cubes
5 strawberries, in cubes
1 apricot, in cubes
grated coconut
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the pineapple in half.
Carefully hollow out the pineapple, remove the hard, inner part and dice the rest of the pineapple.
Mix the pineapple cubes together with the kiwi, strawberry and apricot cubes and fill the hollowed pineapple with the fruit salad.
Garnish with grated coconut.
NOTES:
You can of course also fill the pineapple with other fruit of your choice.
