Pineapple Donuts


How delicious do these pineapple donuts look? They are not real donuts of course, but the healthy version of it.

PINEAPPLE DONUTS


Servings: 6-8 donuts Preparation time: 30-40 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


1 pineapple, cut in slices of 3-4 cm

150 grams of flour

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

2 eggs or flax eggs

250 ml of (plant-based) milk

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

salt


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Add the eggs, milk, flour, cinnamon and a pinch of salt into a bowl and mix until smooth.

  2. Add the coconut oil into a pan and heat it up.

  3. In the meanwhile, add two slices of pineapple into the batter and place them carefully into the pan. Fry them 3 minutes on both sides over low heat.

  4. Serve them right away and enjoy!
