Ontbijtsmoothie met abrikoos en banaan

Porties: 1 smoothie

Bereidingstijd: 5 minuten


1 abrikoos

1 banaan

250 ml (plantaardige) melk

3 eetlepels havermout

1/2 theelepel lijnzaad


Doe alle ingrediënten in de blender en mix tot een glad geheel.
