Oatmeal porridge with forest fruits

This forest fruit oatmeal porridge is full of fiber and antioxidants, good to boost your immune system !!!

OATMEAL PORRIDGE WITH FOREST FRUITS


Servings: 1 person

Preparation time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


50 grams of oatmeal 250 ml of plant-based milk (or regular milk) 1 banana, sliced 100-150 grams of forest fruits cocoa nibs grated coconut


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Add the oatmeal and banana slices in a bowl and pour the milk over them.

  2. Place the bowl in the microwave for 3 minutes. Mix together and add the toppings (forest fruits, cocoa nibs and grated coconut).


NOTES:


  • You can also use other toppings such as seeds or nuts, other fruit, maple syrup, ...
