Easy, delicious and healthy one-bowl oatmeal cookies!
Servings: 10 cookies
2 ripe bananas
120 grams of oats (or oatmeal)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
50 grams of walnuts, cacao nibs or any addition as desired
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Then add the oats and mix it together with the mashed bananas. Afterwards add the cinnamon and the desired additions and mix again.
Make little balls of the dough and put them on a baking sheet. Then press them a bit so they become flatter.
Put the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the cookies for 20 minutes.
Ideas for additions: nuts, cacao nibs, dried fruits, grated coconut, ...
Can be stored in an air-tight container for 3 days.
