No Bake Peanut-Banana Energy Balls

These no bake peanut-banana energy balls are easy to make, full of healthy feel-good ingredients and irresistibly delicious!
No Bake Peanut-Banana Energy Balls
Servings: 15 energy balls
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes + 30 minutes in the fridge
INGREDIENTS:
100 grams of oats
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
65 grams of peanuts
2 bananas
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients into the food processor and mix until smooth.
Portion the dough into balls of desired size, sprinkle over toppings if desired and put them on a plate.
Put them into the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
NOTES:
Topping ideas: grated coconut, melted chocolate, almond flakes, ...
Can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
