This muesli yoghurt bowl with red fruit jam is a healthy breakfast and good to start your day with. It contains plenty of calcium and it is full of antioxidants!!!
MUESLI YOGHURT BOWL WITH HOMEMADE RED FRUIT JAM
Servings: 1 person
INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
200 grams (or 2 small pots) of plant-based yoghurt (or regular yoghurt)
2 tablespoons of muesli, preferably sugar-free
1 tablespoon of homemade red fruit jam
grated coconut
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mash the banana and add the yoghurt. Stir until combined.
Then add the homemade red fruit jam, muesli and grated coconut.
NOTES:
You can also use other toppings such as cacao nibs, seeds or nuts, other fruits, ...
