Mexican pasta salad

This colorful Mexican pasta salad is delicious as a salad but also as a side dish with a BBQ!
MEXICAN PASTA SALAD
Servings: 4 persons Preparation time: 10 minutes
250 grams of pasta, cooked 1 bell pepper, cubed 2 tomatoes, cubed 1 can of corn 1 spring onion, sliced 1/2 lemon, squeezed 125 grams of (vegetable) yogurt 1 teaspoon of paprika powder 1 teaspoon of chili powder salt pepper
Put the pasta, bell pepper, tomato, corn and spring onion in a large bowl and mix everything together.
Put the yoghurt, lemon juice, paprika powder, chili powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl and mix well.
Then mix the yogurt dressing into the pasta salad.
Can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for a day.
