Make your own Fresh Detox Tea with Ginger and Lemon
This homemade detox tea with ginger and lemon has a powerful detoxifying effect as all ingredients are fresh. I personally consider drinking this tea part of my morning routine.
Fresh Detox Tea with Ginger and Lemon
Servings: 1 detox tea
Preparation time: 3-5 minutes
1/2 lemon, juice
2-3 slices of ginger root, peeled
1 cup of boiled water
Optional: agave syrup or organic honey
Put the lemon juice and the ginger slices in a mug.
Pour a cup of boiled water over it.
If desired, you can add agave syrup or organic honey.
Let your tea cool down before adding the honey. In this way, the nutrients are preserved.
