Hummus with grilled bell peppers

This hummus with grilled bell peppers is delicious in a salad, on a sandwich or in combination with wraps!
HUMMUS WITH GRILLED BELL PEPPERS
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
200 grams of chickpeas 230 grams of grilled bell peppers 1 clove of garlic 2 tablespoons of tahini 1/2 lemon, juice 1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder olive oil salt pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the grilled bell peppers and garlic.
Mix the grilled bell peppers and garlic together with the chickpeas (keep some aside for garnish), tahini, lemon juice, paprika powder and a generous dash of olive oil in the food processor and mix until smooth. Add extra olive oil or a splash of water, if desired, until the hummus is creamy enough.
Taste and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chickpeas and a pinch of paprika powder.
NOTES:
Can be stored in the fridge for a week, preferably in an air-tight container.
