Hummus

Making your own hummus is really not that difficult. Also, it is nutritious and delicious as a sandwich spread, as a dip or in a salad!

HUMMUS

Preparation time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


400 grams of chickpeas, drained 2 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons of tahini 1/2 lemon, juice 1/2 teaspoon of cumin pepper salt paprika powder olive oil


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Add all ingredients except the paprika powder into the food processor and mix until smooth. If you the hummus is too thick, add a little olive oil or water.

  2. Sprinkle a little paprika powder over the hummus.
