How to make your own hand cream
Make your own nourishing hand cream, and your hands will feel soft again. Making hand cream is very easy. The advantage that you make it yourself is that you know exactly which products are used.
12 grams of shea butter 40 grams of sweet almond oil essential oil of your choice
Put the shea butter with the almond oil in a pan and heat until the shea butter has melted. Don't let it get too hot, because it will take a while for the shea butter to regain its shape. In addition, it can get a bit grainier if it has become too hot.
Once everything has melted, stir well and let it cool.
Then you can add some essential oil as desired and pour everything in a closed packaging.
Apply in small amounts throughout the day as needed.
Take your time to massage your cuticles, palms, fingers, and wrists in circular motions. Relax completely while the cream absorbs into your skin.
Do you suffer from extremely rough hands or do you have many chaps? In the evening before going to bed, apply a thicker layer and put on (cotton) gloves, which you keep on all night. This gives your hands an even more intensive care.
First test the hand cream on a small area of your skin to make sure that there is no allergic reaction. No irritation? Then you can just use the cream!
Can be stored in a cool, dry place in closed packaging. Never prepare too much in advance.
