This homemade red fruit jam is delicious, healthy full with antioxidants!!!
HOMEMADE RED FRUIT JAM
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes + 30 minutes in the fridge
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
200 grams of frozen red fruits
Put the bowl with the frozen red fruits in the microwave for 4 minutes.
Mash the red fruits and add the chia seeds. Stir until combined.
Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for a week.
