Healthy pizza with zucchini crust

If you want to eat pizza, but keep it a bit healthy, then this pizza is the solution. The dough is made of zucchini so you will certainly get enough vegetables!
HEALTHY PIZZA WITH ZUCCHINI CRUST
Servings: 1 pizza Preparation time: 10 minutes + 30-40 minutes in the oven
1 zucchini 2 eggs (or flax eggs) 4 tablespoons of oat flour (or buckwheat flour) oregano pepper salt handful of grated (vegetable) cheese toppings as desired (such as tomato sauce, vegetables or other)
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Put the zucchini in the food processor to grate it coarsely. Squeeze the liquid from the zucchini.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.
Make the mixture into a round or square shape on a baking tray with parchment paper and put it in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Cover the base with tomato sauce and vegetables or other as desired.
Then put the pizza in the oven for another 10-20 minutes.
