Healthy pizza with spinach crust

If you want to eat pizza, but keep it a bit healthy, then this pizza is the solution. The dough is made of spinach so you will certainly get enough vegetables!
HEALTHY PIZZA WITH SPINACH CRUST
Servings: 1 pizza Preparation time: 10 minutes + 30-40 minutes in the oven
INGREDIENTS:
400 grams of spinach (without stems) 2 eggs 60 grams of mozzarella cheese pepper salt toppings as desired (such as tomato sauce, vegetables or other)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Put the spinach in the food processor and mix.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them together.
Make the mixture into a round or square shape on a baking tray with parchment paper and put it in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Cover the base with tomato sauce and vegetables or other as desired.
Then put the pizza in the oven for another 10-20 minutes.
