Healthy Mojito Lemonade

This healthy Mojito lemonade is a summer drink favourite - it's a healthy, non-alcoholic version of a Mojito!
Healthy Mojito Lemonade
Servings: 4 Preparation time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
3 lemons, juice
3 limes, juice
a handful of fresh mint leaves
100 grams of cane sugar
500 ml mint tea, cold
sparkling water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the mint tea, fresh mint leaves, sugar and lemon and lime juice in the blender and mix until smooth.
Fill glasses half-way with the mixture and pour the other half with the sparkling water.
To garnish you can add some lemon or lime cubes/slices and some fresh mint leaves. Enjoy your Mojito mocktail!
NOTES:
Can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for a day.
