Healthy egg salad

This is an easy recipe for homemade egg salad, fresh, light and delicious on bread or toast.
HEALTHY EGG SALAD
Preparation time: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
4 eggs 125 ml Greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt) 1 teaspoon of mustard 1 tablespoon of chives paprika powder curry powder pepper salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Boil the eggs for about 8-10 minutes. Let the eggs scare with cold water and then peel them. Then mash them into small pieces with a fork.
Add the yogurt and mustard. Season with the chives, a pinch of paprika powder, curry powder and salt and pepper. Mix everything well together.
NOTES:
Can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for a day.
