Green smoothie with spinach, green apple and banana

This green smoothie is delicious for breakfast but also as a snack to quench your thirst! It is packed with vitamins.

GREEN SMOOTHIE WITH SPINACH, GREEN APPLE AND BANANA

Servings: 1 large smoothie Preparation time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


1 Granny Smith apple 1 banana 100 grams of spinach 100 ml of (plant-based) yogurt 200 ml of (plant-based) milk


INSTRUCTIONS:


Add all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.


NOTES:


  • Topping ideas: fresh fruits, seeds or nuts, coconut grater, cocoa nibs, ...
