Green smoothie with cucumber, green apple and avocado

This green smoothie is delicious for breakfast but also as a snack to quench your thirst! It is packed with vitamins.

GREEN SMOOTHIE WITH CUCUMBER, GREEN APPLE AND AVOCADO

Servings: 1 smoothie Preparation time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


1/2 Granny Smith apple 1/2 avocado

1/2 cucumber

100 ml of water


INSTRUCTIONS:


Add all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.


NOTES:


  • Topping ideas: fresh fruits, seeds or nuts, coconut grater, cocoa nibs, ...
