Double chocolate chip cookies

Easy and delicious one-bowl chocolate chip cookies!

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES


Servings: 10-12 cookies

Preparation time: 20-25 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


280 grams of flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

140 grams of brown sugar

100 grams of coconut oil

45 ml of maple syrup

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

125 ml of plant-based milk (or regular milk)

35 grams of cacao powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

150 grams of dark chocolate, chopped


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix together the coconut oil and brown sugar in a large bowl, using a fork. Then add the milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup and cacao powder and mix it until combined. Then add the baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix it again until combined.

  3. Add the flour to the bowl and stir until well-combined, then add the chopped chocolate and stir again.

  4. Make little balls out of the cookie dough and spread them (about 5 cm apart) on the baking tray using a baking sheet.

  5. Put them in the oven for about 12-15 minutes.
