This smoothie with celery, carrot, apple and ginger is a real detoxer that helps you lose weight. It is packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which strengthen your immune system.

Detox smoothie with celery, carrot, apple and ginger


Servings: 1 smoothie

Preparation time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


2 celery ribs 2 carrots 1 apple 2 cm of ginger 300 ml of water


INSTRUCTIONS:


Add all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.

  • Topping ideas: fresh or dried fruit, grated coconut, cocoa nibs, nuts or seeds, ...
