Cucumber spread

Tasty homemade cucumber spread!


Preparation time: 40 minutes


1 cucumber 1 clove of garlic, pressed 2 jars of Greek yoghurt 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 tablespoon of parsley




  1. Grate the cucumber and drain in a sieve for 30 minutes.

  2. Mix the Greek yogurt and the olive oil in a bowl.

  3. Add the grated cucumber, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and mix together.
