Cucumber spread

Tasty homemade cucumber spread!
CUCUMBER SPREAD
Preparation time: 40 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1 cucumber 1 clove of garlic, pressed 2 jars of Greek yoghurt 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 tablespoon of parsley
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Grate the cucumber and drain in a sieve for 30 minutes.
Mix the Greek yogurt and the olive oil in a bowl.
Add the grated cucumber, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper and mix together.
NOTES:
Can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for a day.
