Creamy pasta with zucchini

This pasta with zucchini is nice and creamy.
Creamy pasta with zucchini
Servings: 4 persons
Preparation time: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
300 grams of pasta 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves of garlic, pressed 2 zucchini, in half-moons 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 200 ml (vegetable) cooking cream 1 vegetable broth cube pepper salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until al dente.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add the garlic and zucchini and cook for 4 minutes.
Then add the cooking cream and crumble the broth cube over it. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
NOTES:
Can also be served with focaccia bread, some grated cheese or with turkey/chicken cubes.
Can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for a day.
