Colorful Detox Salad
Did you know that eating different colors is incredibly healthy? That is why this colorful detox salad is ideal to eat during your detox cure.
COLORFUL DETOX SALAD
Servings: 1 person
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
50 grams of fresh spinach or mixed lettuc
1 carrot, in strings or cubes
1/4 cucumber, sliced or cubed
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 celery stalk, sliced
1 avocado, sliced or cubed
1/2 red onion, in half rings or cubes
1/2 lime, juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
seeds or kernels
Put the spinach or lettuce in a plate/bowl and then add the carrot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, celery, red onion and avocado.
Squeeze your lime over your salad and then season your salad with pepper, salt and chili flakes.
Sprinkle some seeds or kernels over it and eventually pour a little olive oil on top.
