Chocolate Chia Pudding

Delicious and nutritious breakfast! Ideal for those who don't have a lot of time in the morning, you can make it the night before.
CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING
Servings: 1 person
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
250 ml of milk or plant-based milk
5 dates, pitted and roughly chopped
1 tablespoon of cacao powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring to combine. Let sit for 5-10 minutes and then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Stir well before serving. Portion into bowl and add desired toppings. Mine were bananas, sunflower seeds and grated coconut.
Ideas for toppings: fruits, grated coconut, cacao nibs, seeds or nuts, ...
Can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
