Chia Pudding with forest fruits

This creamy chia pudding is easy to make, nutritious and delicious for breakfast, snack or dessert!
CHIA PUDDING WITH FOREST FRUITS
Servings: 1-2 Preparation time: 5 minutes + 60 minutes to rest overnight
175 ml (plant-based) milk 2 tablespoons of chia seeds 1 tablespoon of maple syrup 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract forest fruits grated coconut
Add the milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a bowl and mix well. Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes and then mix again to avoid lumps.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Stir well before serving.
Add the forest fruits to a bowl and pour the chia pudding on top. Finish with a few forest fruits and some grated coconut.
Can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for a day.
