Carrot Spread

This carrot spread is delicious as a dip with a snack or as a spread on a sandwich. It is ready quickly and super tasty and healthy!

CARROT SPREAD


INGREDIENTS:


3 large carrots, peeled and finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

50 grams of almonds

2 tablespoons of tahini

4 tablespoons of sunflower oil (or any other vegetable oil)

1 teaspoon of cumin powder

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika powder

salt

pepper


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Add the carrots, garlic and almonds to a food processor and chop finely.

  2. Then add the tahini, sunflower oil, cumin powder, smoked paprika powder, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.
