Carrot juice

Making your own carrot juice is easy. In addition, it is tasty and packed with vitamins and minerals. Plus, you will get a nice and even tan!!

CARROT JUICE

Servings: 1 juice Preparation time: 5-10 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


3 carrots 1 lemon 1 apple 1 celery rib 2 cm of ginger


INSTRUCTIONS:


Put all the ingredients in the juicer and your juice is ready.


NOTES:


  • It is also possible with the blender, but then after blending you must drain the mixture over a colander so that you only have the juice. However, this will make you lose a lot of juice in the pulp.
