These bunny pancakes are very popular with the kids as an Easter breakfast !!!

Servings: 4 rabbit pancakes Preparation time: 30 minutes

200 grams of self-raising flour 1 packet of vanilla sugar 300 ml (plant-based) milk 50 grams of (plant-based) butter 1 egg or flax egg sunflower oil salt For the finishing touch: whipped cream, banana, chocolate sauce

  1. Add the flour, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt in a large bowl and mix well.

  2. Meanwhile, put a pan on a low heat and melt the butter in it.

  3. Add the egg and milk in another bowl and whisk briefly. Then pour in the melted butter.

  4. Add the egg-milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir well until smooth.

  5. Heat a small pancake pan over medium to high heat. Using a measuring cup, pour 4 round pancakes of about 8 cm diameter and approx. 2 mm. thick in the pan. Let the bottom fry until golden brown and then turn over each pancake.

  6. Repeat this, but bake pancakes with a diameter of 6 cm. And finally 8 oval feet of about 3 cm long and 8 ears of about 7 cm long. You can also cut the feet and ears out of a regular round pancake.

  7. Form the bunnies on the plates. Finish with a dash of whipped cream for the tail and decorate the feet with banana slices and chocolate sauce.
