Berry smoothie bowl

This berry smoothie bowl is full of antioxidants, therefore good to start your day with. Plus super delicious!!!
BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
Servings: 2 persons
INGREDIENTS:
2 bananas
150 grams of frozen berries
1-2 broccoli floret
2 teaspoons of maca powder
500 ml of plant based milk of your choice (or regular milk)
toppings as desired
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour in a bowl and add toppings as desired. I used some kiwi slices, chia seeds, puffed spelt and grated coconut.
NOTES:
Ideas for toppings: fruits, grated coconut, cacao nibs, seeds or nuts, ...
Can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for 1 day.
