Beetroot hummus

This beetroot hummus is sweet, healthy and easy to make. Delicious as a sandwich spread or as an appetizer.
Beetroot hummus
Preparation time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
240 grams of chickpeas, drained and rinsed with water
2 beetroots, cooked
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 lemon, juice
1 tablespoon of tahini
pepper
salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all ingredients in the food processor and mix until smooth.
NOTES:
Can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
