Avocado sandwich

This sandwich, made with avocado, cucumber and tomato, is perfect for lunch. Fresh and healthy!

AVOCADO SANDWICH

Servings: 1 person

Preparation time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


1 avocado

1 tomato, in slices

10 cm of cucumber, in slices

1 clove of garlic, pressed

2 slices of multigrain bread

lemon juice

chili flakes

pepper

salt


INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Mash the avocado with a fork in a bowl. Add the garlic, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well!

  2. Put the mashed avocado and the slices of cucumber and tomato on your bread. Enjoy!!
