This healthy and delicious avocado hummus is packed with vitamins and healthy fats. It is a delicious dip or sandwich spread.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
1 avocado 2 cloves of garlic 400 grams of chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1/2 lemon, juice 100 ml (plant-based) Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon of salt pepper
Add all ingredients in the food processor and mix until smooth.
Garnish with some parsley, cilantro or chili flakes.
Can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for a day.
