This apricot and banana breakfast smoothie is nutritious, sweet and, above all, super tasty.

Apricot and banana breakfast smoothie


Servings: 1 smoothie Preparation time: 5 minutes


INGREDIENTS:


1 apricot 1 banana 250 ml (plant-based) milk 3 tablespoons of oatmeal 1/2 teaspoon of flaxseed


INSTRUCTIONS:


Add all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.


NOTES:


  • Topping ideas: fresh or dried fruit, grated coconut, cocoa nibs, nuts or seeds, ...
