This tasty apple cake is easy to make and ideal as a snack or dessert!
Servings: 1 cake Preparation time: 15 minutes + 50-60 minutes in the oven
3 apples 250 grams of flour 200 grams of sugar 2 teaspoons of baking soda 3 teaspoons of cinnamon powder pinch of salt 200 ml of vegetable milk (or regular milk) 90 ml melted coconut oil or sunflower oil 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C and grease the baking tin or use a baking paper.
Cut half of the apples into slices and grate the other half. Sprinkle them with a little lemon juice and set them aside.
Sift the flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt into a large bowl. Then add the sugar and mix together.
Add the milk, oil and apple cider vinegar in another bowl and mix well. Then mix in the grated apples.
Add this to the mixture of the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the baking tin and arrange the apple slices on top. Then put the baking tin in the preheated oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
Can be stored in an air-tight container for 2-3 days.
